1.1. No returns or exchanges are allowed on gifted items.
1.2. Only Unopened or unused items are eligible for return or refund.
1.3. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the case of valid reasons such as:-- Damaged product upon delivery
- Wrong item received
- Defective item
In these cases, the product may be replaced or refunded, based on availability and assessment.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are found to be damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us via email or WhatsApp.
